4. Delivery

Most orders are delivered instantly or within a few hours of payment confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on account availability and order volume. We will notify you via WhatsApp or Telegram once your order is ready.

5. Replacement Guarantee

FBM24 offers a 7-day replacement guarantee on all accounts. If an account becomes inaccessible or is banned within 7 days of delivery due to reasons on our end, we will replace it at no additional cost. This guarantee does not apply if the issue is caused by:

• Violation of the platform's advertising policies
• Running prohibited content or restricted categories
• Providing false information to the ad platform
• Sharing account credentials with unauthorized parties

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use our accounts or services for:

• Illegal activities or content prohibited by law
• Spam, phishing, or fraudulent advertising
• Reselling accounts without prior written agreement with FBM24
• Any activity that violates Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or WhatsApp policies

7. Limitation of Liability

FBM24 is not responsible for any losses, damages, or ad spend losses resulting from account restrictions, bans, or platform policy changes after the 7-day replacement window. We do not guarantee specific advertising results or return on investment.

8. Confidentiality

Account credentials and order details shared with you are confidential. You agree not to share, publish, or disclose this information to third parties. FBM24 takes reasonable steps to protect your personal and order information.

9. Modifications to Terms

FBM24 reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
